Jambase provides a list of local live music shows. For a fee they will send email blasts of your upcoming shows to their email database; they also sell advertising space on their website at varying price points.

    This is obviously a great service to promote directly to fans who like to see live music. Only downside is the cost-benefit involved. I think some of the extra costs are justified from a general band branding perspective, but still costly.
